08 Yamaha VX110 Will Not Start

Any idea's on the following? I have an 08 Wave Runner that started running poorly after seasonal start up then stopped running all together. So far I have verified spark, compression fuel flow to cylinder and hot shot with starting fluid. I am thinking it may be the woodruff key. Any input before tackling the woodruff key:

Could be many different things on that ski there is a lot of electrical items that can trigger a no start issue, get a factory service manual and a multimeter and go through the trouble shooting guild or have your local dealer take a look at it.
