Yamaha GP1300r 2003 no spark, checked for codes 01' showing normal

The thing has compression 120 all three, but NO SPARK. Now I also wonder if the fuel pump is even coming on. Any reason why I would have no spark? I have the stinger removed and the exhaust mid section (U Bend) ! I can here some multiple clicking from throttle body , no clue what might be, what else should I check?
I have told that TPS sensor can block the spark.......any help

The best way to figure this out is to run it past the yamaha dealer and let them hook it up to the computer, there could be many reasons why it doesn't have spark and replacing parts will get costly if your just taking a quess at would could be wrong. If you use a factory manual for your specific ski it will help with testing sensors and wiring but running on the yamaha computer will pin point the issue very fast.
