hey guys i have a venture 1100 i put another engine in and tested it at the lake yesterday.it is starting rightup no problems but when i put it in the water it developed a bog.when i give it gas it will bogout and try to die,if i letup on the gas at the bog it will go back to idle and idle fine.
after testing it for a few minetes i noticed that the fuel filter had hardly no fuel in it so i think i have a fuel problem.
also notice when idleing the engine shakes to much,but when you rev it it smooths out.
i put a blockoff kit on the engine and forgot to fill the oil tank with oil so dureing the whole test it was flashing the out of oil on the display,i looked in my manual to see if it has a safe mode that it would go to but my manual is junk and has no info.

replaced all fuel lines
new plugs
i think i need to rebuild the carbs and maybe the fuel pump what do you guys think?
