  • 2004 GP800R power valve issue?

I just bought a 2004 GP800R, after doing some research and talking to friends, etc. I'm not sure if I need to install wave eaters or a similar product for the power valves. Some people say that the 2004's do not have the issue with the pin falling out or the valve dropping too far. Looking for some more opinions please! thank you

Don't waste your time with waveater clips,,,,,,just replace both power valves with the updated versions. There is more to it than just the pins sliding out.
