2001 suv 1200 1.5 yr old sbt engine

Well I rebuilt my carbs change out fuel line from filter all the way to the carbs (ran out of fuel lines) but it still is doing the same thing. Wich is bogs big Tim when you give it gas and when you do full throttled it dies. So I notice the rpms are a 2000 and that's it. But with fooling around I noticed that at half choke i can get the machine to go about 30mph with 5-6?rpmsi am so tired of guessing what is wrong this is starting to get expansive


I have spark on all three coders
Cyl 1 compression is 130
Cyl 2 compression is 140
Cyl 3 compression is 150
This is cold
I use premium gas
