2000 GP 1200r had spark...now nothing

I just rebuilt carbs, started and ran before removed for rebuild...now NO SPARK. I "tweaked" the bottom exhaust temp wire a little upon re-install...was thinking that's the problem?

Ihave a 02 yam gp1200 and had a full engine rebuild now when I go to start the temp light and warning come on. I have a d plate and chip and the ehaust temp is out and not plugged into anything.... the three connectors coming out the CDI one has the chip, one has the male end and another is just sitting there and has nothing else to be plugged into
