Pee Hole on 2006 Yamaha VX110

I have an identical pair of 2006 Yamaha VX110 skis. When running on the hose, one of the skis has a stream of water coming out of the pee hole as would be expected. The other ski has exhaust only coming out of the pee hole and no water. I have checked the pee hole and hose for blockage all the way back to the fitting where it attaches to the front of the engine on the exhaust pipe and it is clear. Since I am getting exhaust fumes out of the pee hole, I would assume there may be a leak in the inner rubber hose pipe under the larger rubber boot cover that joins the two exhaust pipe halves in the front of the engine. The other thought that I had was that maybe there is some sort of water blockage somewhere between the block where the manifold bolts to it and the pee hole outlet off of the exhaust pipe water jacket. Any thoughts from the SBT pros on what might be causing this?

ost likely that is where your problem is we have seen the under hose go bad and can also let water into your motor would pull apart and check
