Need Carb Rebuild Kit with Needle

Hello,Anyone can help me where I can find a Carb Rebuild Kit for my 98 Yamaha Venture 700. I need the Kit with the right SPRINGS pop off (35PSI to 40PSI) and need I think the needle size 1.5

If you want the original kit with the needle/seat and spring included this is the only option I know of.
