I have a 98 xl760 with a no spark problem. I’ve already done the following: replaced re-gapped plugs,checked primary and secondary coil resistance - in spec per manual, checked stop switch and lock plate switch, measured charge coil resistance-ok, pulser coil resistance- ok, checked thermo switch - ok. Did a peak voltage test on charge coil- 120v when cranking seems ok, peak voltage test on pulser coil 8 v when cranking seems ok. Swapped cdi box with another box that is supposed to be good. Verified good grounds everywhere. Thinking of ordering a new cdi but am afraid it won’t work and it’s 400 bucks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
