I have a kawasaki 1100 it ran fine last year and this year I fill the gas tank it started up great I went out ride after a few mins. the gas gauge started going down and the warning light came on. I went back to the dock and opened the gas cap. Gas came pouring out under a lot of pressure. after that started right up and it happened again gas came out again. Called a dealer and that said the cap was shot. I am not sure hoping to get any other suggestions thanks

The gas tank has 1 way check valves to keep light pressure in the tank, but it sounds like yours are not working, look for check valves on the tank and replace them.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
