    Re: 93 Xp

The driveshafts from any XP,SP, SPX, SPI, GT, GTX with a 580-657 engine will fit into the 1993 XP.
Any SD aluminum 140mm pump will fit. Plastic pumps require longer studs, but will fit too.
1993-4 was the last years they used aluminum pumps, and later models had plastic pumps.

Both are equal in performance. The best one is the one you have access to for the right price. But if you want to buy a new or good used pump, I'd go with the plastic pump with brass veins and 4 longer mounting studs to hold it in the hull.

                Re: 93 Xp

The 1995 model XP has a plastic/bronze pump and a stainless steel impellor.

I may be confused, but are you asking if you should install an aluminum impellor? If so, no way! An aluminum pump? No way!

The 1995 needs a plastic pump and a stainless impellor, or you will be degrading your ski.
