98 gsx limited no spark possible trigger

coils tested good donst beep with key tried 97 gsx box and key got it to beep but still no spark im awhare it may be the brain but need to eliminate the pick up before i invest in box

i looking for info on testing the crank ignition pick up or trigger . i need to know what pins to test or the wires colors and any test specs... i know where the lead is just need any info on this test

also does the 97 gsx mpem or brain work in this model i know it would need to be programed but i have a kety and brain from a 97

It is a two wire pickup. White wire and a black/yellow wire in the harness to the mag housing. The resistence measurment should be between 190-300 ohms.

my 98 gsx has no spark either. i tested the trigger coil and came up with 260 ohms. it turn over and everthing but no spark in either coil. is there any other tests i can do before buying a new mpem?

Did you test the trigger, or the coil... They are two different parts
