    Do a compression test.

Verify your low speed screws on your carbs are out 1 1/4 turns from lightly seated, no more.

Are there any mods on the ski?

raves are not working { i would bet } check to see the bellows are on and that the raves move free , also check the one way valve on the pluse line .

Raves are the units on the exhaust. Parts 10 - 24 here http://216.37.204.202/seadoo_oem/Sea...pe=13&A=84&B=5

They are called powervalves as a generic term - on Sea-Doo's they are called RAVE (Rotax Adjustable Variable Exhaust) Vales.

It would not rev to 7000 in the water if the rave valves were not retracting.

the raves are reacting from 1500 rpm to ful trothle but if I let the rpm go back to 3000 the ski runs verry bad then when I give full trothle agian it takes 3-4 sec before the ski is reacting again I checkt everything I cant find the problem .

does sound like carbs if its running bad . or spark , what spark plugs are you running ?

The raves open from 1500 rpm? The solenoid won't open until you get past 4000+ rpm.

But, I'd look at the carbs first anyway.
